The small model is suitable for cartons sized L130–300×W80–180×H90–200 mm, with a maximum speed of 30 boxes/minute. The large model is suitable for cartons sized L250–450×W150–300×H150–400 mm, with a maximum speed of 25 boxes/minute.
Full Servo Precision Positioning
The Case Forming Machine uses servo-driven suction and pushing actions, with repeat positioning accuracy ≤±0.3 mm. It supports one-touch specification switching via the touchscreen, ensuring smooth and responsive motion.
Quick Model Change System
The High Speed Carton Erector And Packer allows manual adjustment of hopper width, blocking mechanism, and discharge width/height. Suction and pushing positions can be switched with one touch on the screen. A fully servo-automatic width adjustment model is available as an option, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
Safety and Intelligent Monitoring
The High Speed Servo Carton Erector is equipped with overload protection, safety doors, audible and visual alarms for tape absence or cardboard box absence. Operating status is displayed in real time, with automatic fault diagnosis and alerts.
High Efficiency, Energy Saving, and Stability
Automatic Case Erector Machine Operating air pressure requires only 0.6–0.7 MPa, with low energy consumption and minimal noise. The storage mechanism holds approximately 50 cartons and supports continuous replenishment during production.
