In terms of packaging material compatibility, this Pallet Wrapping Machine is compatible with LLDPE stretch films with a width ≤ 500 mm and an outer diameter ≤ Φ280 mm. Boasting excellent tensile strength and toughness, LLDPE films, combined with the machine’s stable wrapping motion, form a tightly sealed protective layer. This provides comprehensive protection against moisture, dust, and abrasion for goods, effectively extending their shelf life during storage and transportation.

Column Height

Standard height: 2400 mm. Custom heights available: 2000 mm, 2700 mm, 3000 mm, 3200 mm, and 3400 mm. Effective packaging height = column height minus 400 mm. For example, a 3400 mm column gives 3000 mm of effective height—pack low-stacked or high-stacked goods directly, no extra equipment or disassembly needed.

Our machine has a compact design, with standard dimensions of just 1500 × 2440 × 2475 mm.
