Delta Robot Case Packer Adopts a multi-arm coordinated spider-like structure, featuring rapid response, precise movements, and compact space usage. The Case Packing achieves high-speed linear motion in space through multiple rigid arms, mimicking the flexible grabbing action of a spider to accomplish rapid pickup and precise placement of various regular packaging items such as bottles, cans, boxes, and bags.

High Efficiency, Accuracy, and Stable Operation
The Carton Packaging Machine uses servo motors, featuring fast response times and no cumulative errors. Speed can be flexibly adjusted from 1 to 10 cases per minute, with repeat positioning accuracy as high as ±0.5 mm, ensuring products are accurately and neatly placed into designated positions and effectively avoiding impact damage.
Flexible Configuration and Strong Adaptability
The end-of-arm tooling (gripping head) supports configurations of 1 to 3 groups, allowing selection and combination based on product size and quantity per box. Gripping tool forms are diverse, including vacuum suction cups, flexible grippers, and bottom support mechanisms, which can be quickly changed to adapt to products of different materials and shapes.
Compact Structure and Easy Maintenance
Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy and steel, providing strong rigidity and stability. Fault troubleshooting and component replacement are simple and quick, effectively reducing long-term operational costs and downtime.
Energy-Saving, Intelligent, and Advanced Control
The entire machine operates with low power consumption, ranging from 3 to 12 kW depending on the configuration. The pneumatic system is energy-efficient, with working air pressure of 0.6–0.8 MPa and air consumption as low as 20–40 m³ per hour. Supports parameter settings, formula management, production statistics, and fault self-diagnosis. An optional machine vision system enables intelligent recognition and precise positioning of unordered incoming materials.
